Driving the change

Gorriceta NEXT stems from the firm’s decade-long trajectory advising top corporations, fintech players, financial institutions, and emerging tech innovators. The framework envisions:

  • Deep integration of technology into legal workflows, research, and client service
  • Development of data-driven insights and platforms to elevate decision-making
  • Impact-centered leadership, bridging law with fast-evolving and globalizing industries

These pillars align with the firm’s established strength in fintech, capital markets, M&A, TMT, data privacy, and venture capital—sectors that rely heavily on innovation and regulatory agility.

The big picture

“At 10 years, Gorriceta is not just celebrating longevity, it is celebrating leadership, gratitude, and purpose,” said chair and managing partner lawyer Mark S. Gorriceta in a press statement.

“Our mission for the next decade is clear: to lead innovation in the practice of law, redefine how legal services create value, and build a future where the law empowers people, businesses, and communities alike.”

Between the lines

The firm’s push into intelligence-driven legal work reflects growing client needs for faster insights, scalable solutions, and globally aligned compliance capabilities—especially across fintech, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and ESG.
