The partnership combines AC Logistics’ warehousing and distribution expertise with Globe’s customer service operations to enhance product availability and improve delivery efficiency across the country.
Under the agreement, AC Logistics becomes Globe’s preferred warehousing partner, overseeing the storage, handling, and dispatch of trade materials, SIM cards, devices, and retail collaterals to distributors and partners nationwide.
The collaboration officially launches Globe’s warehousing and distribution operations at AC Logistics’ MCX Warehouse, the telco said in a statement.
Leadership commitment
The inauguration ceremony was led by Globe CFO and chief risk officer Carlo Puno and AC Logistics president and CEO Erry Hardianto, alongside Irma Diaz-Guevara, product head of AC Logistics Contract Logistics and National Distribution, and other executives from both organizations.
The event featured a warehouse blessing and a guided tour highlighting the facility’s operational capabilities.
“This partnership strengthens a critical part of our operation, ensuring that Globe products reach our customers and partners with consistency and speed,” Puno said. “With AC Logistics, we gain a trusted partner who supports our mission to deliver reliable service where it matters most.”
Operational advantage
Strategically located along the Muntinlupa–Cavite Expressway (MCX), the facility serves as a key hub for Metro Manila and CALABARZON, while supporting Globe’s broader national distribution routes.
Designed for high-volume and high-accuracy operations, the warehouse manages inbound receiving, secure storage, inventory management, and outbound distribution for Globe’s trade operations.
The streamlined process supports store readiness, faster order fulfillment, and improved product availability.
