Maersk’s A.P. Moller Capital invests in AC Logistics for 40% stake
The companies announced on July 7 that A.P. Moller Capital – Emerging Markets Infrastructure Fund II, through EMIF II Holding III B.V., has completed its investment for a 40-percent stake in AC Logistics after satisfying all closing conditions, including merger control clearances.
