“This is in light of the several requests received from potential investors asking for additional time to further evaluate this investment opportunity,” DITO CME said in a stock exchange filing on Tuesday.
The offer, valued between P1 and P2.15 per share, was supposed to be priced on Sept. 23.
DITO CME is the listed holding company of DITO Telecommunity, a venture between Davao-based tycoon Dennis A. Uy and China Telecom.
