She joins fellow business leaders Martha Sazon of GCash, Lourdes T. Gutierrez-Alfonso of Megaworld Corp., Anna Maria Margarita Bautista Dy of Ayala Land, and Lynette V. Ortiz of Land Bank of the Philippines.

After 17 years at UnionBank, Delgado took the helm as president and CEO in January 2025, succeeding Edwin Bautista. A fifth-generation Aboitiz, she began her banking career at Citibank before joining UnionBank in 2003, according to Fortune Magazine.
