The collaboration seeks to provide overseas Filipinos with not only access to property options but also the guidance and support needed to make informed decisions about purchasing homes from abroad.
The agreement was signed on May 27 at Cyberscape Alpha in Ortigas, with RLC Residences senior vice president and business unit general manager Teddy V. Bernas and Bahaideals.com president and CEO Keny Chang leading the ceremony.
Bahaideals.com helps overseas Filipinos explore Philippine property opportunities through verified listings, property guidance, and home financing support.
Shared mission
The partnership combines RLC Residences' portfolio of residential developments with Bahaideals.com's digital platform, creating a more accessible channel for Filipinos abroad seeking reliable property investments in the country.
“At RLC Residences, we believe home ownership should bring lasting investment value and peace of mind,” Bernas said.
“Our shared mission with Bahaideals.com is to help more Filipinos abroad make informed and confident decisions as they build a future for themselves and their loved ones,” he added.
According to Bernas, RLC Residences aims to provide future homeowners with the comfort and security they seek when investing in a property in the Philippines.
The partnership also reflects a common goal of simplifying the homebuying process for overseas Filipinos, who often face challenges in evaluating properties and completing transactions from thousands of miles away.
Digital access
Through the collaboration, Filipino communities in the US and Canada will gain easier access to information about RLC Residences developments through Bahaideals.com's digital platform.
The initiative supports RLC Residences' international marketing efforts while giving Bahaideals.com users access to projects developed by one of the country's leading property firms.
“Many Filipinos abroad dream of owning a home in the Philippines, but distance can make the process feel complicated and uncertain,” RLC Residences vice president and overall head of sales Denise Lyttle-Lao said in a statement.
“Overseas buyers are carefully evaluating their options and looking for trusted partners who can help them make confident decisions about their future,” she added.
Lyttle-Lao said the partnership aims to assure overseas buyers that homeownership in the Philippines can be achievable, secure, and supported throughout the process.
Growing reach
Representatives from both organizations also discussed how the partnership can support Filipinos at different stages of the homebuying journey.
Chang highlighted Bahaideals.com's role in helping overseas Filipinos explore property opportunities regardless of their location, while Bernas emphasized the opportunity to bring RLC Residences' developments closer to Filipino communities abroad.
Also present during the signing were Bahaideals.com director of commercial operations Ana Alvarez, sales director Kenneth Quezada, chief marketing officer Karlo Morales, and head of digital marketing Paula Beltran. —Ed: Corrie S. Narisma
