The residential arm of Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) will feature 10 condominium developments across Metro Manila and nearby areas, with promotional offers that qualified buyers may combine with Pag-IBIG Fund housing loans.
The company said the event would allow prospective buyers to compare available residential units, explore payment arrangements and assess financing options before making a property purchase.
Featured properties
The featured properties include Gateway Regency Studios in Mandaluyong City, Aurora Escalades in Quezon City, and SYNC S-Tower, Cirrus and Acacia Escalades Tower B in Pasig City.
Other developments are Woodsville Crest Building Oak in Parañaque City, The Radiance Manila Bay South Tower in Pasay City, Sierra Valley Gardens Building 1 in Cainta, Rizal, The Sapphire Bloc East Tower in Ortigas Center and Chimes Greenhills in San Juan City.
RLC Residences said the discounts and promotional payment arrangements would be disclosed at its booth during the two-day housing expo.
Buyers of participating developments may avail themselves of applicable promotions alongside Pag-IBIG Fund financing, subject to eligibility requirements and loan approval.
Financing options
Qualified Pag-IBIG Fund members may apply for housing loans of up to P10 million, subject to credit evaluation and applicable lending guidelines.
Eligible borrowers may also qualify for promotional annual interest rates of 4.5 percent for loans of up to P4.9 million and 5.75 percent for loans exceeding P4.9 million.
The promotional rates are scheduled to remain available until Dec. 31, 2026, and will be fixed for the first three years of the loan, subject to Pag-IBIG Fund's terms and conditions.
Married couples who are both qualified Pag-IBIG Fund members may combine their borrowing capacities to access housing financing of up to P20 million, depending on their financial qualifications and the Fund's assessment.
Homeownership access
The housing expo comes as developers seek to make residential properties more accessible through alternative payment arrangements and government-backed financing programs.
For prospective buyers, the combination of developer incentives and Pag-IBIG financing could help reduce initial purchase costs and provide greater flexibility in managing long-term housing expenses.
RLC Residences said representatives would be available at the expo to explain participating projects, unit availability, promotional discounts and financing requirements.
Specific discounts and payment terms will be announced during the event. —Ed: Corrie S. Narisma
