This is Razon’s second integrated casino project in Metro Manila after Solaire Resort in Entertainment City along Manila Bay. The billionaire sees brighter prospects ahead alongside the rapid expansion of Solaire Online–its digital gambling platform.
Razon gave a short teaser on the opening of Solaire Resort North during the company’s annual meeting on Thursday.
Intense preparations are being made ahead of the formal launch within Ayala Land’s Vertis North development.
He was later asked about the project ramping up to its full potential, to which Razon said it could take two years after opening.
The latter would be developed on land acquired from a group led by the Panlilio family’s Boulevard Holdings.

Razon said their digital gambling product also delivered “meaningful results” and continues to expand.
