PNB boosts payout to P5B in second consecutive dividend year

Taipan Lucio Tan’s Philippine National Bank is extending its dividend run with a 20 percent increase in its 2026 payout, marking its second consecutive year of annual cash distributions.

The bank declared a P3.30 per share dividend, equivalent to roughly P5 billion in total cash dividends and a 20 percent payout ratio based on 2025 net income. 

The dividend will be released in two equal tranches of P1.65 per share on March 27, 2026 for stockholders of record as of March 10, 2026 and on Oct. 1, 2026 for stockholders of record as of September 18, 2026.

“This is the second consecutive year of annual dividend distribution. It reflects our continued momentum and confidence in the bank’s strategy,” said PNB president and CEO Edwin Bautista

“We value the trust of our shareholders and remain committed to delivering sustainable returns while strengthening PNB for the future,” he added.
