The accreditation covers NEXTASIA Florence in Lipa City and NEXTASIA Estonia in Calamba City, allowing qualified buyers to tap LANDBANK for end-user housing loans. The government financial institution joins NEXTASIA’s network of commercial banking partners.
Why it matters
NEXTASIA and LANDBANK are targeting approximately P500 million in housing loan take-outs in 2026, creating another financing channel for families seeking homes in the fast-growing CALABARZON region.
“Our partnership with LANDBANK broadens the financing choices available to our buyers while reinforcing our commitment to making homeownership more accessible,” NEXTASIA Land Inc. president & chief operating officer Dustin Y. Carreon said.
“Financing is only one part of the homeownership journey. Our goal is to provide Filipino families with communities that are future-ready—supported by reliable financing, modern infrastructure, and sustainable features that enhance quality of life for generations to come.”
The bigger picture
The developer said the partnership supports its strategy of diversifying end-user financing through collaborations with government and private financial institutions. More financing channels are expected to improve buyer convenience, speed up loan processing and increase reservation-to-takeout conversion rates.
NEXTASIA is also positioning its projects around its Future-Ready Living philosophy. Its communities feature FiberReady fiber-optic broadband infrastructure, SolarStreet solar-powered LED street lighting and EVReady provisions for future electric vehicle charging.
What they’re saying
LANDBANK mortgage banking department vice president Maria Pia P. Lagtapon said the accreditation reflects the bank’s push to provide qualified Filipinos with accessible and responsible housing finance.
“LANDBANK remains committed to helping more Filipino families move closer to owning a home through financing programs that are responsive to their needs and financial capacity. Through our partnership with NEXTASIA Land, we aim to provide qualified buyers with a reliable financing option as they invest in homes and communities that can support their families’ long-term security and well-being,” Lagtapon said.
NEXTASIA said partnerships with financial institutions will remain central to its growth as it expands its portfolio of master-planned residential communities across CALABARZON. —Ramon C. Nocon | Ed: Corrie S. Narisma
