The lender partnered with Philippine Estates Corp., Ferti-Acres Inc., Masaito Development Corp. and Vester Corp., adding them to its network of accredited developers.
3.7 million housing units
The expansion comes as the Philippines works to address an estimated 3.7 million housing units needed through 2028.
From July 2022 to June 2026, the government facilitated the delivery of 575,693 housing units, while 368,731 families received assistance through government housing financing programs.
“The housing challenge is not only about increasing the supply of homes. It is also about making financing accessible to qualified Filipinos who are ready to take the next step toward homeownership,” Asialink Finance Corp. president and CEO Anna Katrina C. Bañez said in a press statement.
Take-out financing
Through its Acquisition of Property facility, Asialink offers qualified borrowers up to P20 million to purchase residential properties from accredited developers. Interest rates start at 0.58 percent per month, subject to credit assessment, property evaluation, loan term and approval.
Asialink also offers Housing Unit Take-Out Financing, under which the lender pays the developer in full while qualified buyers repay the financed amount under agreed terms. Additional proceeds may be used for business or personal purposes.
P27.7 million in loans
Since launching its Real Estate Financing service in 2025, Asialink has released more than P27.7 million in housing loans to qualified borrowers as of August 2026.
“By expanding our network of accredited developers, we are bringing financing options closer to prospective buyers while helping our partners connect qualified customers with a financing solution. These partnerships are part of our broader commitment to make financing more practical and accessible for Filipinos pursuing homeownership,” she added.
Expanded developer network
Asialink expects its expanded developer network to grow its housing finance portfolio while creating another financing channel that can help qualified property buyers complete purchases.
“Our goal is to continue building a housing finance business that responds to how Filipinos actually pursue homeownership—by working with property developers and providing financing options that can help qualified buyers move forward,” she said. —Vanessa Hidalgo | Ed.: Corrie S. Narisma
