Jollibee: Philippines steady, Vietnam still posting double-digit growth

Tycoon Tony Tan Caktiong’s Jollibee Foods Corp. said business momentum held up into the final stretch of 2025, keeping it on track with its earlier outlook.

The fast-food giant said preliminary fourth-quarter indicators show solid system-wide sales and same-store sales growth, helped by holiday spending and stronger store execution.

CFO: demand steady, franchising driving expansion

“Since our December update, the operating environment and business trends have remained broadly consistent with our prior disclosures,” said Jollibee Group chief financial officer Richard Shin

“Customer demand has been stable across key markets, and network expansion continues to be supported by strong franchise engagement, reinforcing our asset light growth strategy,” he added.

Shin added that their Danao commissary in Cebu, its largest for the Visayas and Mindanao, will boost supply reliability and support growth in provincial markets.

Philippines holds; Vietnam leads growth

Jollibee said its Philippine Champion Brands, Jollibee, Chowking, and Mang Inasal, continued to carry domestic growth despite a tougher consumer environment.

Vietnam remained its biggest overseas market by store count and continued posting high double-digit system-wide sales and same-store sales growth.

The group also pointed to Tim Ho Wan as a newer growth pillar, saying Hong Kong operations have stabilized and returned to profitability while early US store openings are getting encouraging customer response.

"The external environment continues to present factors that require monitoring, including

macroeconomic developments, foreign exchange movements, and input cost volatility,” JFC said in the filing.

“As of this update, the Jollibee Group has not observed any material developments beyond those previously disclosed. All observations remain subject to the completion of theJollibee Group’s normal closing and audit processes,” it added.
