Insider Spotlight
The township’s open spaces come alive with twinkling lights and creative displays—from oversized snowflakes in Central Park to glowing reindeer and floral installations at Creekside and the Chapel.
The celebration highlights Filinvest City’s goal of fostering connection and community through open, inclusive spaces.
“What’s special about Christmas in Filinvest City is how people naturally gather here,” Don Ubaldo, head of Filinvest Townships, said in a press release on Nov. 13, 2025.
“Our parks and open spaces become places where everyone can slow down, connect, and just enjoy being with the people they love,” he added.
During the event, the Filinvest building decoration winner was awarded to Asian Hospital and Medical Center.
This contest is an annual activity that encourages locators to bring the magic of Christmas to life in their respective properties and make the city bright and merry from every point.
CSR, leadership awards
This year, Filinvest not only brings bright lights into its open spaces but also embraces advocacies. The township aims to bring hope and joy to everyone, especially those who need it most. To amplify this mission, Filinvest City is launching the “INSPIRE: The Filinvest City CSR Leadership Awards.”
The contest is exclusive to all Filinvest City communities—including building owners, locators, residential condominium corporations, and office and retail tenants. Each team must organize a corporate social responsibility activity that makes a meaningful impact in the community.
Initiatives must run from Nov. 1, 2025 to Jan. 15, 2026, with teams submitting a 2 to 3 minute video showcasing their project through the official Filinvest City link.
Festivities
Holiday-goers can look forward to the Magical Lights Spectacle starting Nov. 22, followed by OPM performances by SunKissed Lola and Earl Agustin, plus the Eats by the Park food bazaar every weekend.
The bottom line
Through its bright lights, festivities, and CSR initiatives, Filinvest City continues to show that the true magic of Christmas lies not just in celebration—but in compassion, connection, and community spirit. —Vanessa Hidalgo | Ed: Corrie S. Narisma
