According to an advisory from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration on Tuesday morning, "Enteng" was located 100 kilometers Northwest of Daet, Camarines Norte, with maximum winds of 75 km per hour and gusts up to 90 km/h.
The storm is expected to impact parts of Luzon, including Metro Manila, and the Visayas.
The public is urged to take precautions and follow local government and disaster response alerts, PLDT said in a statement.
