Transforming education for global competitiveness

Dr. Bonifacio Doma Jr., Mapúa executive vice president for international partnerships, emphasized the growing demand for universities to adapt their curricula, integrate cutting-edge technologies, and align degree programs with global industry standards.

“Our collaboration with ASU ensures that Filipino students gain not only academic excellence but also the practical skills and international exposure needed to thrive in today’s economy,” Doma said.

ASU, ranked No. 1 in innovation in the U.S. and among the top 1 percent of universities worldwide, brings its expertise to Mapúa through the ASU Pathway Programs.

These programs provide students with access to dual degrees, accelerated master’s programs, and U.S. work experience through Optional Practical Training (OPT).
