CEBU CITY— A Cebu business group is calling on the government to build disaster-resilient infrastructure after Typhoon “Tino” unleashed massive floods on Nov. 4.
The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) has launched its emergency loan facility for members and pensioners in four areas declared under a state of calamity: Cavite, Quezon City, Umingan in Pangasinan, and Calumpit in Bulacan.
