RCBC extends LRT-2 Piso Fare promo until Aug. 31 for MySSS cardholders
Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. (RCBC) has extended its LRT-2 "Piso Fare" promo until Aug. 31, allowing eligible MySSS Card Powered by RCBC DiskarTech cardholders to continue enjoying a net fare of P1 per ride as the bank pushes wider adoption of digital payments for public transportation.

The Social Security System (SSS) is expanding financial access for members in underserved areas through a new partnership with EastWest Rural Bank (EWRB), positioning the rural lender as the first to issue the MySSS Card outside traditional commercial banking channels.
