HashMicro, an enterprise software provider in the Asia-Pacific region, aims to address that gap with the launch of Hashy OS, an AI operating system designed to embed artificial intelligence directly into business workflows through a unified digital workspace.
Built within the HashMicro ecosystem, the platform enables employees to interact with company data using natural language, allowing them to retrieve information, execute tasks, and manage cross-functional processes without switching between multiple applications.
Closing the gap
While AI adoption continues to accelerate, many businesses still use standalone tools that operate separately from enterprise systems. This often limits AI's ability to understand business context, access unified data, or support operational execution beyond generating insights.
HashMicro said Hashy OS addresses these limitations by integrating AI directly with its enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform. Using real-time operational data, the system provides context-aware insights while enabling AI to assist with and execute workflows across different departments.
"Businesses today are not struggling to access AI but to make it work cohesively within their organization," HashMicro chief of business development Lusiana Lu said in a statement.

Unified ecosystem
HashMicro said the four capabilities operate within a single platform where organizations can manage AI agents, build AI applications, integrate external systems, and access enterprise knowledge in one environment.
Because Hashy OS is built on the company's ERP ecosystem, applications developed on the platform can directly use existing business data, user permissions, and system infrastructure. This minimizes the need for backend development, server management, and complex integrations, allowing companies to deploy AI solutions more quickly.
