This recognition marks the third consecutive year that FLI has been recognized for its exemplary corporate governance practices.
The ACGS evaluates governance practices of ASEAN-listed companies, focusing on shareholder rights, transparency, and board oversight, with 184 questions aimed at raising corporate governance standards.
