Isidro Consunji, chair of the family-led conglomerate, on Tuesday led the topping-off of Fortis Residences, an upscale condominium along Chino Roces Avenue in Makati under DMCI Homes Exclusive, the group’s luxury line.
The milestone echoes DMCI’s engineering roots in Makati, where founder David Consunji first built landmark projects in the 1950s.
“We are proud to see another DMCI Homes development taking shape in the Makati skyline. Fortis Residences reflects DMCI Homes’ consistent approach to quality—rooted in DMCI’s renowned engineering excellence,” said DMCI Homes president Alfredo Austria.
The 37-storey tower is scheduled for turnover by December 2027, with construction now shifting to finishing works.
Featuring modern amenities, smart home features, and sustainable design, Fortis Residences marks DMCI’s evolution from mid-market builder to full-fledged premium developer.
Each unit is designed with generous layouts, premium finishes, and branded fixtures.
