Appistoki has launched a Salesforce Data and AI Center of Excellence in the Philippines, creating a dedicated hub aimed at helping companies move from artificial intelligence experimentation to practical enterprise deployment.

Improve customer engagement

The facility will showcase Salesforce’s Agentforce agentic AI platform and Data 360 data engine, demonstrating how businesses can unify information, automate workflows and use AI agents to improve customer engagement. It will also host briefings, live demonstrations, workshops and collaborative sessions.

Appistoki said the center will focus particularly on real estate, where potential applications include intelligent lead engagement, personalized property recommendations and AI-assisted customer support. The sector accounted for more than 5 percent of Philippine GDP and expanded 6.8 percent year on year in the first quarter of 2026.

Experience AI in action

“We wanted to create a space where organizations can experience AI in action. Through Agentforce, businesses will better understand how intelligent and connected customer engagement can transform industries such as real estate,” Appistoki founder and CEO Abhijeet Kulkarni said in a press statement.

“Novare is committed to delivering purposeful and enterprise-ready AI solutions for Filipino companies. AI should create a meaningful impact for both businesses and people. This initiative reflects our commitment to helping organizations adopt AI in ways that are practical, responsible, and outcome-driven,” Novare Technologies CEO Victor Silvino said.

Move beyond AI pilots

Salesforce ASEAN senior vice president and general manager Paul Carvouni said Philippine companies will increasingly need to move beyond AI pilots toward deployments that produce measurable business outcomes.

Appistoki and Salesforce have previously worked on AI and data initiatives across real estate, banking and telecommunications. Ayala Land has also credited Appistoki with supporting its Salesforce deployment as it explores using AI on top of existing customer data.

Appistoki has expanded its Salesforce capabilities through certifications, industry accelerators and live demonstrations. It was named Salesforce ASEAN Partner of the Year for the second consecutive year in May 2026 and also received the In-Country Excellence Partner of the Year award in the Philippines. —Vanessa Hidalgo | Ed: Corrie S.
