This includes regular payments from its long-term lease deals and bonus payouts from extra income earned by its tenants, who performed better than expected.
Shareholders on record as of April 24, 2025 will receive the fourth quarter dividends on May 21, 2025.

For the whole year, CREIT gave out P0.202 per share in total dividends. That’s the highest it has ever paid in a single year and translates to a 6.43 percent return for investors based on its March 24 share price of P3.14.
CREIT’s land properties are fully leased out and cover 7.1 million square meters. Its parent company, Citicore Renewable, aims to build 5 gigawatts of renewable power over five years, with the first gigawatt set to go live in 2025.
