Taipan Lucio Tan-led holding company LT Group Inc. said its board approved a special cash dividend of P0.30 per share, worth P3.25 billion.
This will be distributed to all stockholders of record as of June 3, 2024. The payment of the dividend is scheduled to be made by June 14 this year.
LT Group, which is into banking, tobacco, liquor and property development, also declared P0.30 in regular and special cash dividends last March.
