Long-term tenant
The renewal provides PNB Holdings with a longer-term tenant at a property that accounts for a significant portion of the real estate company’s revenues.
PNB Makati Center generated 26 percent of PNB Holdings’ revenues in the first half of 2026. During the period, consolidated revenues climbed 26 percent to P634.3 million, while net income surged 85.3 percent to P209.9 million.
Real estate portfolio
PNB Holdings owns and manages commercial real estate beyond its Makati Center property. Its portfolio includes PNB Financial Center in Pasay City and a prime 8,000-square-meter lot along the corridor of Buendia and Paseo De Roxas in Makati City.
The company also recently reported total assets of P50.894 billion, giving investors another measure of the scale of its property holdings as it moves toward the public market.
Key revenue asset
PNB Holdings is preparing for its listing by way of introduction on the Philippine Stock Exchange, placing greater attention on the performance of its income-generating properties and leasing activities.
