The deals follow a 33,400-square-meter pre-leasing commitment at Asscher, an office tower at The Jewel in Mandaluyong. The transaction was the largest individual office deal in the second quarter of 2026 and helped Robinsons Offices lead the market during the period with 38,000 square meters of transactions.
By the numbers
At GBF Center 1 in Bridgetowne, Quezon City, KMC Solutions committed to four additional floors covering 9,800 square meters.
KMC's partnership with Robinsons Offices began in 2017 and now covers more than 36,000 square meters with over 7,000 seats, making Robinsons Offices its largest landlord partner nationwide.
“Securing major commitments in both Mandaluyong and Quezon City shows that demand for premium office spaces with reliable infrastructure, strong transport connections, and sustainable building features extends across business districts,” said Robinsons Offices senior vice president and business unit manager Jericho P. Go said in a press statement.
“KMC’s expansion is particularly encouraging because it follows strong occupancy at Exxa and Zeta Towers in Bridgetowne, giving us a clear indication that the estate is meeting the needs of KMC’s clients.”
What’s inside
KMC's new space at GBF Center 1 will include two dedicated built-to-suit office floors alongside flexible, move-in-ready serviced offices.
The building is part of Bridgetowne, which includes an eight-hectare Philippine Economic Zone Authority-accredited IT park.
GBF Center 1 offers full backup power, multiple telecommunications providers and advanced security systems. Its location along C-5 provides access to nearby business districts and residential communities.
GBF Centers 1 and 2 have LEED v4 Gold certification. Features include double-glazed curtain-wall glass designed to reduce cooling requirements, water-saving technologies and air filtration systems.

Robinsons Offices said the two leasing commitments show companies continue to consider location, infrastructure, accessibility and sustainability when selecting office space.
The Asscher transaction gives the company a substantial pre-leasing commitment in Mandaluyong, while KMC's expansion builds on existing operations at Exxa and Zeta Towers in Bridgetowne.
