The developer of the stalled Makati City subway project will resume trading today at 10:30 a.m. after a three-month suspension due to delayed submission of required financial reports.

Philippine Infradev Holdings Inc., led by businessman Antonio Tiu, complied with the required submission of reports, paving the way for the resumption of trading, a stock exchange notice on Wednesday showed.

Shares of the company were last traded at P0.53 per share on May 16, 2024.

In 2023, the Supreme Court ruled that Taguig has jurisdiction over Fort Bonifacio and Embo barangays, previously under Makati.

This decision has made the current alignment of the Makati Subway unfeasible, leading to a temporary suspension of construction activities.
