D&L is a listed manufacturer behind ingredients and specialty products used across the food, plastics and consumer goods industries.
The company will redeem the entire P2-billion Series B bond issue when it matures on Sept. 14, 2026.
Bondholders will receive a combined P2.018 billion, covering the principal plus accrued interest before taxes.
The bonds were issued in September 2021 with a 3.5962 percent interest rate, giving D&L five-year funding at a relatively low borrowing cost.
Investors holding the bonds as of the Sept. 10 record date will receive the final payment through the Philippine Depository & Trust Corp.
The bonds will stop earning interest upon maturity and will be delisted from the Philippine Dealing & Exchange Corp. after redemption.
