PH clinches ₱4-B waste-to-energy deal with India’s Uttamenergy

The Philippines, through the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), has secured a ₱4-billion (US$70-million) waste-to-energy (WTE) investment with India’s Uttamenergy Limited, paving the way for the country’s most advanced WTE facility in New Clark City, Capas, Tarlac.
