Century Pacific shines as first-time honoree in Forbes’ World’s Best Employers

Century Pacific Food Inc., one of the leading Philippine food and beverage companies, has been named one of Forbes’ World’s Best Employers for 2024.

This marks the first time the company has received this prestigious recognition, underscoring its dedication to creating a positive and entrepreneurial workplace culture.

Forbes’ annual list is based on independent surveys of over 300,000 employees from more than 50 countries, highlighting companies with outstanding workplace environments.

Since its establishment in 1978, Century Pacific has grown to employ over 28,000 individuals and is home to iconic brands such as Century Tuna, 555, Argentina, and Birch Tree. 

With a focus on people development, the company has implemented initiatives like the Century Leadership University, offering customized learning and competency-based curriculums, and Century Idol, an employee recognition program.

Employee engagement is further supported by initiatives such as Century Cares and the Volunpeer Program, which involve employees in community projects like ‘Saving Our Seas’ and ‘Kain Po’, its flagship feeding initiative.
