  • SM Home launches midyear collection and limited-time sale
  • Flagship furniture pieces discounted until July 31
  • Emphasis on small upgrades with long-term impact
  • SM Home targets demand for functional, aesthetic improvements

SM Home has launched a new marketing campaign built around the idea of a “midyear home glow up,” positioning its latest collection and sale as a practical way for consumers to realign their living spaces for the second half of 2025.

πŸ›‹οΈ Driving upgrades through targeted timing

Launched on July 15, the campaign frames the month as a better reset point than the new year for home improvement. SM Home is offering discounts on select furniture and decor items through the end of the month, including its flagship CALLY 3-seater sofa, now priced at P11,995, and the MYSTIC Accent Chair, listed at P10,995.

πŸ›οΈ Productivity, comfort, and intention

“The perfect silk comforter serves as the ultimate transitional piece—ideal for air-conditioned warmer nights, upcoming cooler months, or cozy Sunday afternoons,” the company said in its release. Other items highlighted include the P7,495 FATE bedside table and the Royal Linen Silk Comforter Set (Gold Damask), now 20 percent off at P3,439.

The campaign aims to connect small home upgrades with improvements in mental well-being, positioning furniture not as luxury items but as tools that improve productivity and comfort at home. “These aren't luxuries, they're tools for living well,” the company said.

πŸ’‘ The comfort investment pitch

SM Home is leaning on a long-term value message, suggesting that well-made home pieces yield “dividends” in daily comfort. “Your home is your most important environment, so improvements here have an outsized impact on your overall quality of life,” the firm said.

πŸ“ˆ Sales strategy tied to wellness trend

Rather than promoting a complete home overhaul, SM Home is encouraging incremental improvements, with a focus on intentional design and psychological benefits. This aligns with broader retail trends where consumers prioritize spending on home goods that serve both function and form.

πŸ›’ Retail footprint and distribution

The company currently operates in 77 locations nationwide and continues to promote its offerings via smhome.ph and SM Store branches.

The sale runs through July 31, 2025.
