The expanded recruitment campaign officially launched on April 30 at Robinsons Malolos, followed by a major Labor Day rollout on May 1, with simultaneous job fairs across 11 key locations—including Robinsons Galleria, Robinsons Metro East, and Robinsons Iloilo—bringing thousands of job opportunities directly to communities nationwide.
Spearheaded by Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) in close partnership with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) of various local government units, the initiative connects job seekers with hiring companies across both the public and private sectors. The collaboration supports inclusive economic growth by helping reduce unemployment and improve access to decent work.
Robinsons Malls’ 2025 plan builds on the strong foundation laid in 2024, when it hosted over 120 job fairs across 47 mall locations. These events attracted more than 51,000 applicants, featured over 3,000 participating companies, and led to more than 5,000 on-the-spot hires (HOTS)—a testament to the program’s direct impact on workforce development.
According to Joel S. Lumanlan, vice president for operations and marketing at Robinsons Malls, this year’s initiative will be expanded aggressively to reach more regions and engage a broader range of industries. Job openings will span key sectors such as retail, services, manufacturing, agriculture, and government.
The job fair series continues with events scheduled on May 2 at Robinsons Imus, General Trias, and Lipa; on May 9 at Robinsons Tuguegarao; and on May 23 at Robinsons Gapan. Additional dates and locations will be announced in the coming months.
These job fairs form part of Robinsons Malls’ broader commitment through its Lingkod Pinoy Center, which delivers essential government services and livelihood support to the public.
By providing accessible venues for career advancement and public service delivery, Robinsons Malls continues to play a crucial role in uplifting Filipino communities.
