TinBo is an online marketplace that helps Filipinos abroad buy load, pay bills, send vouchers, and access other digital services for their families back home.
The partnership, launched during the 20th Asian Carriers Conference in Cebu, was attended by PLDT Global president and CEO Albert V. Villa-Real, COO Edith Gomez-Cudiamat, and Infobip representatives Cecile Perez Tizon and Johan Jensen.
This collaboration allows TinBo to interact with customers through popular apps like WhatsApp and Messenger. It also introduces automated customer support with live agents and chatbots that offer personalized, real-time assistance.
“We at PLDT Global are continuously evolving to level up our quality of service to global Filipinos, that is why we are delighted to partner with a technology leader who shares the same passion and vision in utilizing artificial intelligence and omnichannel solutions to improve our business operations and customer experience,” Villa-Real said in a statement on Wednesday.
