Redefining pet care, one cat at a time

In 2020, entrepreneur Sheryl Segovia’s cat, Kiki, became critically ill with feline infectious peritonitis. Like many pet owners, she brought Kiki to a mixed-animal veterinary clinic—crowded, noisy and filled with barking dogs, with little separation between patients. Kiki didn’t survive.
