It is built on fairness, transparency and shared risk. Financing must be tied to something tangible, such as a business, a home, equipment or infrastructure.

Muslim prayer room to be built at NAIA T2 after Pangandaman request
Budget Secretary Amenah Pangandaman shared on social media that during a recent early morning flight to Butuan, she witnessed Muslim passengers praying in a corner of the Terminal 2 arrival area due to the absence of a dedicated prayer room.
