Rahul Jolly, CEO of Teleperformance Philippines, remarked: "Being named a Great Place to Work for the seventh year is a testament to the dedication of our customer experts and team members. I am particularly proud of TP’s Impact Sourcing initiatives for this year, which focuses on training and employing individuals who may otherwise be overlooked by traditional employers.”

The survey revealed that 88 percent of employees feel that Teleperformance is a physically safe place to work, and 86 percent believe they are treated fairly regardless of sexual orientation.
