The company ranked fifth in the large company category, a recognition of its commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment, Teleperformance Philippines said in a statement.

The survey revealed that 88 percent of employees feel that Teleperformance is a physically safe place to work, and 86 percent believe they are treated fairly regardless of sexual orientation.
The 2024 survey results underscore the company’s efforts in promoting a workplace culture built on respect, fairness, and camaraderie, with nearly 80 percent of employees affirming it as a great place to work, far surpassing the national average of 65 percent.
As part of its celebration, the company hosted live performances by renowned Filipino rock band Lola Amour at its Magnificent 7 event, which also featured employee-led performances.
Teleperformance continues to strengthen its workplace through diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, as well as employee development initiatives, reinforcing its position as a top employer in the Philippines, the company said.
