From Aug 1. to 10, 2025, eligible voters—including new registrants and existing voters who need to transfer, update, or reactivate their records—can access Comelec services conveniently inside participating Robinsons Malls.
The initiative is part of RLC’s Lingkod Pinoy Center, which provides accessible government services to mallgoers and the broader community.
“We are honored to be continuing our long-standing partnership with Comelec, which began in 2014 when Robinsons Malls first hosted the offsite voter registration and biometrics in key areas of the country,” said Joel Lumanlan, vice president for operations and marketing at Robinsons Malls.
“With these satellite registration centers in our malls, we hope to encourage broader voter participation, particularly among first-time and young registrants,” Lumanlan added.
Over the years, Robinsons Malls has collaborated with Comelec on multiple initiatives, including the pilot run of the Register Anywhere Program (RAP) held in Robinsons Manila. This year's voter registration effort aims to replicate that success across more locations nationwide.
Registrants will also benefit from the comfort and convenience of mall amenities, including dining, shopping, and entertainment options while fulfilling their civic duty. —Ed: Corrie S. Narisma
