The agreement was formalized through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), signed in the presence of Labor Secretary Bienvenido Estudillo Laguesma and key officials from the Department of Labor and Employment, a stock exchange filing on Tuesday showed.
Ratification by the bargaining unit members is expected within 60 days from signing.
Once approved, the CBA will take effect on Nov. 9, 2024, and remain in force until Nov. 8, 2027.
