The exclusive deals are available to buyers who make new purchases during the housing expo, which opened on Oct. 27 and runs until Oct. 28 at the SMX Convention Center in Bacolod City.
In a statement, Megaworld said buyers could enjoy additional savings depending on their preferred payment arrangements.
Those who pay the full purchase price within 30 days of reservation may qualify for additional savings.
Buyers who secure Pag-IBIG Fund financing by December 2026 may also avail themselves of special terms under the company's cash-term promotion.
For those opting for deferred payment, Megaworld is offering exclusive savings and additional benefits to buyers who complete their purchases through Pag-IBIG Fund financing by Dec. 31, 2026.
Eligible properties
In Iloilo City, the promotion covers six residential developments at Iloilo Business Park: The Pinnacle, The Palladium, Lafayette Park Square, Saint Dominique, One Madison Tower 2, and One Madison Tower 3.
In Bacolod City, eligible properties include One Manhattan, One Regis, and Two Regis at The Upper East township.
The promotion also covers residential lots at Forbes Hill within Megaworld's Northill Gateway township in Talisay City, Negros Occidental.
In Cebu, buyers can choose from select units at One Pacific Residence, One Manchester Place, La Victoria Global Residences, and The Pearl Global Residences at The Mactan Newtown in Lapu-Lapu City.
Megaworld said the exclusive offers apply only to new purchases made during the expo, with reservations accepted until midnight on October 28.
