The Keepers, which trades under the stock symbol KEEPR, is purchasing 100 percent of Booze Online Inc., subject to the approval of regulators, including the Philippine Competition Commission.
“The intended transaction offers The Keepers Holdings Inc. the opportunity to add to its portfolio premium beer brands,” the company said in a stock exchange filing on Tuesday.
Shares in the company will be purchased from Baby Gerlie I. Sacro, the current corporate secretary of The Keepers, and Rajesh Sadhwani.

Co continues to consolidate The Keepers’ position in the industry by acquiring other companies.
This also adds an important distribution channel for its other products, which include Alfonso brandy and global brands like Johnnie Walker, Chivas Regal, Glenfiddich, Suntory, Jinro, Jose Cuervo, and Jim Beam.
Booze Online’s portfolio includes over 100 brands, including the exclusive distribution of premium beers Hoegaarden, Stella Artois, Becks, Leffe, Paulaner, Chimay, and Delirium Tremens.
It is also a key marketer and distributor of Camus Cognac, Ungava Gin, Russian Standard Vodka, among others.
Top performer
The Keepers is among stock market outperformers with gains of about 42 percent so far in 2024.
Its net income during the first nine months of the year rose 20 percent to P2.17 billion while consolidated revenue reached P11.7 billion, a 15-percent increase. This was supported by an 18-percent growth in volume.
