DENR cancels Blue Star’s Masungi Georeserve deal over legal, procedural issues
The DENR outlined three key reasons for the cancellation: (1) the absence of a required Presidential Proclamation designating the land for housing purposes, (2) failure to follow the necessary procurement or bidding process, and (3) non-delivery of the 5,000-unit housing project within the agreed five-year period.
