Hot Air Balloon Fiesta returns bigger at New Clark City

The Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta is set for a high-impact comeback as it marks its 26th edition on Feb. 13 to 15, 2026, bringing what organizers describe as the biggest and most diverse lineup in the event’s history to New Clark City in Tarlac.
