BCDA pushes ‘people-centered planning’ in twin masterplan reviews
The BCDA is doubling down on its formula for this year: building places where people can thrive and letting sustainable growth follow. For the BCDA, which is coming off a 20-percent increase in revenues in 2025, growth as of late was largely driven by continuing momentum across its estates and partnerships.

BCDA logs ₱53.5B in Jan-July investments, up 64% year-on-year
The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) recorded ₱53.5 billion worth of investments in the first seven months of 2025, a 63.82-percent increase from the same period last year, further cementing its position as one of the country’s leading investment promotion agencies.
