GSIS returns P19B to 700,000 members under Balik Ginhawa

The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) has returned P19 billion to more than 700,000 government workers through its Balik Ginhawa programs as of Aug. 31, providing members with additional cash flow by temporarily easing loan payments.
