ATRAM finalizes acquisition of Metrobank’s fund management unit
First Metro Investment Corp. (FMIC), part of the Metrobank Group, finalized the sale of its 70-percent stake in First Metro Asset Management Inc. to ATRAM Group through a deed of absolute sale signed on Dec. 18, 2024.
