Organizations seeking to strengthen their leadership pipeline will gather at the Future-Ready Leadership: Shaping Leaders for Impact, Growth, and Purpose conference on July 23, 2026, as Formidea brings together business executives to share practical insights on leading organizations through change.

The hybrid conference will be held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Chardonnay Events Hall by Astoria in Pasig City and online via Zoom. It is designed for frontline and midlevel leaders, including supervisors, managers, and emerging leaders tasked with translating organizational strategy into business results.

The big picture

Formidea PH chief organization capability officer Vivian Cruz said the conference was developed in response to what the organization sees as a growing need to better prepare frontline, midlevel, and emerging leaders for today's business environment.

“Future-Ready Leadership: Shaping Leaders for Impact, Growth, and Purpose was born from a reality we continue to see in organizations: the need to better prepare frontline, mid-level, and emerging leaders for the demands of today’s business environment,” Cruz said.

Cruz said organizations that aim to achieve sustainable success must intentionally develop leaders who can think strategically, lead people effectively, and deliver meaningful results.

“If we want organizations to thrive sustainably, we must intentionally build leaders who can think strategically, lead people effectively, and create lasting impact.”

What to expect

The conference will feature Francis KongClaudia Tong of KONE Philippines, Joseph Baek of Techedify, Yari Miralao of LNGPH, Janet Webster of Investors in People Philippines, Arnel Santos of MGEN Thermal Energy, Richard Brearley of Carnival Cruise Line, and Cruz.

Sessions will focus on translating strategy into measurable business results, transforming purpose into sustainable growth, building high-performance organizational cultures, and balancing commercial growth with organizational mission.

The agenda also includes discussions on AI and data, stakeholder engagement in complex business environments, and leading multigenerational workforces to strengthen inclusion, engagement, and long-term performance.

Why it matters

Cruz said the conference is intended to encourage meaningful conversations on the leadership capabilities organizations need to remain competitive and future-ready.

“This conference brings together respected C-suite leaders whose experiences and insights can help spark meaningful conversations on the leadership capabilities organizations need to remain future-ready.”

“In a nutshell, the Leadership Conference aims to raise the level of our midlevel leaders' consciousness on how successful CEOs think and behave – that business is not always about bottom line – it is about strengthening the organization's capability to create impact so we can achieve and sustain business success,” Cruz said.

Formidea Business Consultancy and Learning Services Inc., established in 2018, has evolved from a learning services provider into a consultancy offering organizational development, executive coaching, HR and business process outsourcing, learning services, and business consulting.
