Food kiosk king Lester Yu’s Fruitas Holdings saw profits jump 37 percent to P113 million while revenues soared to a historic high of P2.5 billion, an increase of 37 percent.

Food kiosk king Lester Yu’s Fruitas Holdings saw profits jump 37 percent to P113 million while revenues soared to a historic high of P2.5 billion, an increase of 37 percent. 

The growth was significantly bolstered by the acquisition of Ling Nam in March 2023, enhancing both revenue and profitability. Fruitas owns popular kiosks such asFruitas Fresh from Babot’s Farm, De Original Jamaican Pattie, and Sabroso Lechon.

Fruitas expanded its e-commerce and cloud kitchen operations, adding 44 new stores for a total of 817 by year-end. 

Gross profit expanded by 42 percent to P1.5 billion with improvements in production efficiency and strategic entry into higher-margin product categories.
