The enhanced package, available for qualified products sold and activated beginning June 8, is part of the company’s ASUS No. 1 Quality & Service Program.
The technology company said the initiative is designed to support students, gamers, creators, and young professionals who increasingly rely on laptops and other computing devices for research, collaboration, content creation, and hybrid learning.
The program combines warranty protection, preventive maintenance, and service accessibility to improve the ownership experience.
Why it matters
As competition intensifies in the Philippine PC market, brands are placing greater emphasis on after-sales support as a differentiator.
ASUS is positioning warranty coverage and service accessibility as key factors for consumers making back-to-school technology purchases.
Under the updated package, flagship ASUS models including ProArt, Zenbook, Vivobook S, Vivobook Flip, and ROG gaming laptops will receive a three-year international and local warranty.
ASUS and ROG desktops, as well as ASUS All-in-One PCs, will continue to carry a three-year local warranty. Meanwhile, Vivobook, Vivobook Go, ASUS Series, ASUS Gaming, TUF Gaming laptops, and ROG Ally handheld gaming devices will retain their two-year international and local warranty coverage.
The details
Eligible ASUS and ROG laptops and handhelds will continue to include one year of Local Accidental Damage Protection, covering certain customer-induced incidents not included in standard manufacturer warranties.
ASUS is also expanding its preventive maintenance program, allowing qualified customers to claim up to six complimentary device cleaning services during the warranty period, with up to two claims annually.
The company has likewise extended its replacement period to 14 days from seven days and expanded local on-site service support for eligible flagship laptops.
ASUS said customers can also tap into its network of more than 100 authorized service centers in the Philippines and support coverage across more than 90 countries.
