Human-in-the-loop approach highlighted

Jim Mathew Joseph, senior vice president for workforce management at TP in the Philippines, joined a high-level panel discussion on integrating AI technologies with human expertise to strengthen operational resilience.

“In a future-ready organization, technology and AI are meant to amplify, not replace our people,” Joseph said in a press statement.

“At TP, we fulfill this through a human-in-the-loop approach to our AI adoption strategy. We ensure that our integration of AI and human insight continues to drive empathy and excellence, creating workplaces that are both high-performing and deeply human.”

Summit insights on resilience and agility

Throughout the event, industry leaders presented case studies on building teams capable of adapting to economic shifts, market volatility, and rapid technological disruption.

Discussions also explored how organizations can leverage AI-driven workforce intelligence to stay sustainable, scalable, and competitive.
