The recognition is based on the Asean Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) and the Corporate Governance Scorecard (CGS) Assessment Results, which evaluate companies across essential governance principles, including shareholder rights, equitable treatment, transparency, stakeholder engagement, and board responsibility.
The award was presented at the Golden Arrow Recognition ceremony on Sept. 19, 2024, at the Manila Marriott Hotel.
