Now on its 10th year, the highly anticipated fun run once again opens its tracks to both humans and their furry companions. Participants can join in three categories—kids, adults, and fur parents—making it an inclusive event for all ages.
This marks the third time Bridgetowne has hosted Run Fur Life, affirming Robinsons Land Corp.’s (RLC) commitment to building people- and pet-friendly spaces.
Bridgetowne: A pet-welcoming community
“For the past three years, Robinsons Land has been a proud supporter of AKF and Run Fur Life. By lending its open spaces to Run Fur Life, Bridgetowne reaffirms its commitment to creating meaningful spaces that bring together people, pets, and purpose,” said Mybelle V. Aragon-GoBio, RLC president and CEO.
Trina B. Cipriano, RLC vice president and BU general manager for Robinsons Destination Estates, added: “As the home of Run Fur Life 2025’s Superhero Edition, Bridgetowne transforms into a vibrant stage where everyday heroes come together for a cause.”
A run with purpose
For AKF, Run Fur Life has always been more than a fitness event. “Every step taken is a step toward a kinder world for animals,” said AKF president Atty. Heidi Marquez-Caguioa. “This year, we celebrate everyday heroes—friends, families, and fur families—coming together in support of the voiceless.”
Since 2002, AKF has worked tirelessly to end animal cruelty and promote compassion. Its projects include spay and neuter programs, anti-rabies vaccination drives, and animal welfare education.
Run Fur Life remains its flagship fundraising effort, channeling proceeds to the AKF Rescue and Rehabilitation Center in Capas, Tarlac, where rescued dogs and cats are sheltered, rehabilitated, and rehomed.
Building a culture of compassion
RLC’s support for AKF extends beyond Run Fur Life. Through Robinsons Malls’ Happy Pets Club, launched nearly a decade ago, the company continues to champion responsible pet ownership and create safe spaces for pets and their humans.
